Bonnie goes through your business email, sorts business from personal and hands everything to your bookkeeper. You only get a question when she really can't tell.
Works with any email address. No password needed, you just forward your receipts.
Invoices scattered across three inboxes, and the VAT deadline is coming up.
Your bookkeeper asks for receipts from months ago. Which ones were those again?
Thinking it over again and again for the same subscriptions and web shops.
How it works
Add one forwarding filter in your email to your own Bonnie address, like you@in.hellobonnie.app. It takes two minutes and works in Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and with any other provider.
Business or personal? For a new supplier, Bonnie asks once. After that, she knows. With smart reading, she suggests an answer right away.
Every week Bonnie sends your business receipts to the invoice address of your accounting package. You get a short update.
One question at a time
No lists, no folders. Bonnie only asks what she can't answer herself, one at a time. Press a key and she remembers it for that supplier.
Your bookkeeper is missing something
Paste the list your bookkeeper sends and Bonnie looks everything up. What she finds goes out in one go. What looks personal, you flag in one click. She only asks you about what's really missing.
Peace of mind
Each quarter you see what's already in and what's still open. Two weeks before your VAT return, Bonnie lets you know if anything is missing.
Works with your accounting package
Any package with an email address for invoices, or one your bookkeeper set up for you.
Works with your email
Bonnie doesn't need access to your mailbox. You only forward what looks like an invoice.
Security
Bonnie doesn't log in anywhere. She only gets what you forward.
Bonnie sends receipts exclusively to the invoice address you set.
Bonnie sorts using your choices. You switch on smart reading with AI yourself, and your email is never used to train AI.
Remove your forwarding filter and Bonnie sees nothing more. You delete your account yourself, in one click.
Also on your Mac
One glance at the top of your screen: all caught up, or a few questions for you. Answer them right from the menu bar. Also works in your browser and on your phone.
Mac app: coming soonPricing

No. You set up a forwarding filter in your own email for messages that look like an invoice. Bonnie only sees what you forward. Using Gmail and want Bonnie to search your older mail too? You can optionally connect Gmail later.
If your package or your bookkeeper has an email address you can send invoices to, yes. That includes Basecone, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Exact Online, SnelStart, Twinfield, Yuki and Jortt. Not sure? Pick it when you sign up and we'll look into it for you.
You can see everything under “Everything I did”. Move a supplier from business to personal, or the other way round, in one click. Want to see everything before it's sent? Set Bonnie to “show me first”.
Only if you want it to. By default, Bonnie sorts using your choices per supplier. Switch on smart reading and an AI model from Anthropic reads your receipts: it pulls out the amount, VAT and invoice number, spots order confirmations and suggests whether something is business or personal. You decide, or you let Bonnie sort on her own when she is very sure. Your email is never used to train AI.
